The Visitation Junior Board is a student led foundation that is dedicated to providing assistance to local non-profit organizations, as they continue to feed, clothe, educate, shelter and provide aid to children and families in need.
Stewardship is an important characteristic to teach our children, and the Visitation Junior Board, in its seventh year, does just this. The Junior Board introduces 7th & 8th grade students to the business of philanthropy through hands-on experiences and opportunities to meet the people that commit themselves to worthy causes on a daily basis. Those involved are also responsible for making intelligent financial decisions regarding the proper distribution of funds to eligible agencies.
