Since paying off our parish debt in 2013, Visitation Parish has had two primary financial goals:
to adequately fund ministries, provide education and maintain our beautiful campus, and
to continue to grow our Capital Improvement Fund.
Our parish financial operations are overseen by the Business Manager, Isaac Uzcanga, and the Administrative Ministry Team.
The Administrative Ministry Team (AMT) serves as advisors to the Pastor and Parish Council in matters pertaining to the financial affairs of the parish. The AMT`s primary function is to assist the Pastor by monitoring and making recommendations to the Pastor and the Parish Council in the responsible planning and administering of all Parish financial matters and in the setting of Parish financial policy and procedure - to provide effective management of Parish assets.
The AMT is directed by the values of the Gospel, as well as by good business practice. Efficient and effective use and management of Parish resources must be measured as much by their contribution to the Parish mission and ministry as by commonly accepted business standards.
