The Advent Peace Tree is a Visitation holiday tradition. Advent Peace Tree gift suggestions will be available in the narthex beginning the weekend of November 24. Gifts collected will be given to area social service agencies who will distribute the items to those in need!
All are invited to take a gift suggestion or two, purchase the items on the suggestion tags and return the gifts under the Peace Tree in the narthex the weekends of December 1-2 and December 8-9. Upon returning your gift(s), please feel free to take one of the Peace Tree doves to hang on your own Christmas tree.
We also need help with setting up the tree moving gifts to storage, sorting and delivering gifts. Read this flyer and contact Marny Sherman at 509-2892 if you'd like to help!
