Young Neighbors in Action (YNIA) is a week-long Catholic service learning experience. Teams of high school teens and their adult chaperones travel to an impoverished community to serve the poor and learn about Catholic Social Teaching.
Each year, Visitation sponsors a group of teens for a summer YNIA experience. Prior to their summer trip, the teens spend time together building a team spirit, performing acts of service in the Kansas City community, learning about Catholic Social Teaching and planning for their service experience.
