These groups exist to provide opportunities for social and service activities among various constituencies at Visitation Parish.

Club Vis

Club Vis is a social and service group for young adults, single or married, ages 21-35. If you are interested in being part of this group, contact Peg Ekerdt at 753-5155 x309 or peg@church.visitation.org.

Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal service organization open to Catholic men of the parish. They sponsor fish dinners during Lent and the annual altar server appreciation dinner. They also provide support to the parish at various activities throughout the year. Mark Blanck currently serves as Grand Knight.

Senior Ministry Team

The Senior Ministry Team organizes events for the senior members of our parish. Their "Keep in Touch" program reaches out to all senior parishioners twice each year. And they organize rides to Mass for members in need of this service. The Senior Ministry Team is chaired by Elizabeth Swartwood.

Theatre at Vis

Theatre at Vis is the parish's drama ministry. Each year during Lent, Theatre at Vis offers performances of the musical, Stations. During the summer, Theatre at Vis produces a summer youth musical featuring the youth of Visitation and neighboring parishes. Tim McCray is the director of Theatre at Vis.

Women of Vis

Women of Vis is a social, spiritual and service group open to all women members of Visitation. Women of Vis organizes meals following parish funerals and sponsors the annual parish blood drive. They also coordinate a variety of social, spiritual and service activities for the women of Visitation Parish. The current president of Women of Vis is Leslie Beck.
